GameDay Secures Partnership with Adelaide Junior Basketball League

GameDay is excited to announce the signing of the Adelaide Junior Basketball League (AJBL) as its newest customer, with the newly established organisation choosing GameDay as its official platform for the 2026 season.

AJBL has been formed to provide a central competition structure for junior basketballers across Adelaide, and will be using GameDay’s end-to-end competition and registration tools to manage their operations from the ground up.

As part of the partnership, AJBL will also adopt the Courtside app for their live scoring, enabling real-time match updates and efficient score management. Fans and participants will be able to follow match results and fixtures through the GameDay App, ensuring a connected and seamless experience for all involved.

“We’re thrilled to partner with GameDay as we launch AJBL and establish a strong foundation for junior basketball in South Australia,” said Sue Wood, Adelaide Junior Basketball League’s Operations Manager. “GameDay’s experience in managing grassroots sport, along with its modern scoring and competition tools, gives us the confidence that we’re offering a high-quality experience for our players, coaches, and families from day one.”

“It’s been fantastic to work with the AJBL team as they get set up for their inaugural season,” said Jade Maxwell, Account Manager & Customer Support at GameDay. “We’re proud to support them with tools that simplify administration and elevate the game-day experience. We can’t wait to see the league take off in 2026.”

With a focus on building a modern, inclusive, and well-organised competition, AJBL’s adoption of GameDay’s technology will provide a strong digital backbone for the league. From seamless online registrations and automated fixture generation to digital scoring and real-time reporting, the AJBL is ensuring it delivers an experience that reflects the professionalism and potential of its players and clubs.

GameDay’s Courtside app will allow scorers and administrators to manage games digitally from courtside devices, replacing paper-based processes with a faster, more accurate solution. Coupled with the GameDay App, players, parents, and supporters will be able to view match schedules, results, and ladders directly on their phones — helping foster greater engagement with the sport at a grassroots level.

The partnership reflects GameDay’s continued investment in supporting the growth of junior and community sport across Australia by delivering scalable, easy-to-use technology that streamlines operations and enhances participant experience.
