GameDay C2C Program

The C2C (Concept-2-Customer) Program was established with the aim of providing a Product Development Framework that puts our customers first with a focus on research, development and learning from our customers. At the centre of this approach is an open, transparent and collaborative approach to ensure the product remains a market-leader and meets our customers needs now and into the future.

The C2C Program has 5 key phases:

  1. Problem / Idea
  2. High-Level Assessment
  3. Validate
  4. Plan / Build / Iterate
  5. Release & Communicate
