Customer Notification: Permanent Closure of GameDay Classic

By Published On: May 14, 2024Categories: Classic, Customer Notifications, Uncategorized

One of our legacy products; GameDay Classic, will continue through the final phase of our product consolidation strategy which will see the permanent closure of this platform in September 2024.

The next and final phase will require all customers to transition off GameDay Classic prior to 30 September 2024.

This follows a previous announcement made early last year which further progressed this project over the past 12 months working closely with a number of customers to progressively transition off Classic.

The majority of GameDay Classic customers have already transitioned to another GameDay product to manage their Membership, Events, Online Shop or Website.

Customers should ensure all required data and settlement reports are extracted prior to the permanent closure of GameDay Classic scheduled for 30 September 2024.

Below are some further details for any existing customers on Classic outlining how this transition will work along with some FAQs.

  • Shortly after you are set up on the new GameDay product, access to GameDay Classic will be removed – this will only occur after your final settlement (if applicable)

  • Any old links such as registration forms or online shop pages should be removed from your website
