Major releases:
Pre-Game Match Attendance Scanning [BETA Release] – More Info
As part of the Paperless Match Day Experience features – Team Managers and Club Administrators can now scan a member’s unique QR Code Membership Card to check a player into a match – Learn More
This data will then become available in existing competition reports & stats
Unique Member QR Codes
As part of the above Match Attendance Tracking feature, each member now has a unique QR Code that can be accessed through:
- Member front-end via Member Profile – Learn More
- Admin view via Member Records – Learn More
These QR Codes can now be used as a Membership Card for the Club and can be downloaded as a stored image on a player or parent/guardians device.
To access the Member QR Code, each sport will have a unique URL they can provide to users to access.

Concussion Management & Reporting – More Info
Administrators of Passport Membership & Competitions can now manage concussion information including a record of incidents and restriction of concussed players being selected to participate in matches – Learn More
New Concussion Reporting is also available as part of this feature – Learn More
Improvements:
- New menu icons added to Main Menu and Account Menu
- New “Medical” menu option added to Member Records which will now include Injury Reporting, Concussions & Fitness Tests
- Match Day Attendance information is now available in statistics and reports

- Other minor functionality changes
Resolved Issues:
- Resolved issue of Program List stretched off screen
- Resolved minor issue of suspended members being available for selection
- Other minor bug fixes and small enhancements
