GameDay partner with Triathlon NZ on new membership platform
GameDay are excited to announce their latest NZ-based sporting NSO partnership, with the launch of the Triathlon New Zealand membership platform which will look to streamline their membership registration services nationally.
Triathlon NZ are rolling out GameDay’s core membership & integrated event registration platform to the sport. The primary goal is to streamline the club member registration process and integrate the processing of club membership fees, removing the need for volunteer administrators to complete manual reporting and invoicing.
GameDay will also provide all affiliated Tri NZ clubs with their own event management platform, which is purpose-built for a wide range of individual and team-based endurance events as well as community, high performance, development courses and ticketed events such as awards nights and fundraisers.
Triathlon NZ will also be looking to unlock the power of modern insights and analytics delivered by GameDay View, our advanced integrated data and insights tool, to support strategic decision making and reporting on the growth of their exciting sport.
Danny Morrison, GameDay commercial director (APAC), said: “Triathlon NZ is an organisation that aligns very closely to the core purpose and vision of the new GameDay platform.
“The combination of a multi-tiered membership database platform, integrated event registration and management solution, and our GameDay View BI/insights is the perfect fit for both Triathlon NZ and GameDay. We are incredibly excited to be able to contribute to the continued growth of such an iconic sport in NZ history.
“Previously, affiliated triathlon clubs were required to manually report on membership numbers and then go through a very manual invoicing process to manage and process national affiliation fees. The GameDay platform allows all organisations to completely streamline this process, with all club registration and membership fees being seamlessly distributed to the correct organisations.
“This will significantly reduce the burden on volunteer club administrators and will allow all organisations to unlock the value of accurate member and event participant data.”
Anna Russell, Triathlon NZ community advisor, said: “We are very excited to be working with Gameday on this initiative that will enable streamlined processes between clubs and Tri NZ, reducing workload on volunteers and enabling accurate and live data analysis for reporting.
“We are looking forward to working with GameDay to provide additional community benefits via the event registration, ticketing, and associated digital.”
Pete de Wet, Triathlon NZ CEO, said: “Sport is a constantly evolving environment, and as an organisation we need to ensure that we provide modern technology solutions to meet the needs of the wider triathlon community.
“We are excited about the opportunity to provide these membership & event registration solutions to our organisations, and also to drive new opportunities for the sport by unlocking the potential of the participant data and business insights that Gameday will be able to provide.”
“This partnership is hugely positive for the sport, and we look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.”
