GameDay Release Notes: April 2021
Our April releases include some important updates and new features outlined below:
New features:
- Gender Identity Capability – More Info | Help Article
- Update terminology for existing Gender field to: Assigned Gender at Birth
- Create a new field wherever Gender is asked with the field name to be: Gender Identity
- Where Different Identity has been selected, a text response field will become available for the participant to enter this information
- Integrate the Assigned Gender at Birth & Gender Identity fields into applicable registration forms, member lists, member profile screens, reports & dashboards
- Full CSV data export for all data collected via form registrations
- Membership form data export – Help Article
- Event form data export – Help Article
- NSW Government Active Kids Voucher integration
- Ability for organisations to accept NSW Active Kids vouchers via registration forms
- Voucher value processing fee included in weekly settlement
- Voucher fields added to Transaction Report

Functionality changes:
- Rollout of UI/UX update to GameDay – More Info

- Email field will now pre-populate the login email used when adding a new participant
- Ability to manage display of the Profile Image field in form settings
- Ability to manage field settings (optional/mandatory) for the Profile Image field in form settings
- Warning to users when attempting to send an email when there is no communication template created
- Voucher fields added to Transaction Report
Resolved Issues:
- Member Financial Status to display full name upon hovering
