GameDay and Athletics New Zealand Extend Longstanding Partnership
GameDay is proud to announce the re-signing of Athletics New Zealand as a partner, continuing a successful collaboration that began in 2013. Over more than a decade, GameDay has supported Athletics New Zealand in streamlining their membership management and event registration processes, enabling the organisation to focus on growing athletics across the country.
Athletics New Zealand will continue to utilise GameDay’s Membership & Events platform, primarily for National Member Registrations. The platform allows for a seamless, centralised registration process across the National Body, Centre, and Club levels, with integrated payment management. By consolidating registrations into a single shared form, Athletics New Zealand can efficiently manage payments, track participation, and ensure a smooth experience for members and administrators alike.
The next major event to be delivered through the platform is the iconic Colgate Games, set to take place in January 2026. Registrations for the Games are now open, and organisers are confident that GameDay’s platform will provide a streamlined, user-friendly experience for thousands of participants, from grassroots athletes to elite competitors.
Ross Wilson, Senior Account Manager at GameDay, said: “We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Athletics New Zealand. Over the past decade, the collaboration has grown and evolved, and we look forward to supporting their members and events with a platform that simplifies administration while enhancing participant experience. We’re proud to play a role in helping athletics thrive across New Zealand.”
Libby McGee, Participation and Systems Manager at Athletics New Zealand, added: “GameDay has been a trusted partner for over a decade, helping us manage registrations and payments efficiently at all levels of our sport. Their platform allows us to focus on what matters most – delivering high-quality experiences for our athletes, clubs, and centres. We’re excited to continue using GameDay for the Summer Season and beyond.“
GameDay looks forward to supporting Athletics New Zealand in delivering exceptional experiences for its athletes, centres, and clubs, reinforcing a shared commitment to the growth and success of athletics in New Zealand.
