Product Feature: GameDay x etrainu’s Integration Explained
GameDay has solidified its partnership with etrainu, a premier provider of online education and compliance training. This strengthened alliance is providing numerous benefits for shared customers to streamline course and accreditation management.
Sports organisations and National Governing Bodies are increasingly turning to online learning to facilitate course and accreditation certification in a full digital environment powered by etrainu with direct integration with member and accreditation management solutions that GameDay provides.

GameDay has worked closely with the team at etrainu to launch a scalable and seamless integration which is now available to all customers that may use both GameDay’s Course & Accreditation management system and etrainu. The 2-way integration provides an end-to-end solution for course enrolment via GameDay’s Courses & Accreditations module, right through to single sign-on (SSO) into etrainu from the GameDay Member Profile and course completion data funnelled back into GameDay once the user has completed their online training in etrainu.
GameDay x etrainu integration explained
- GameDay manages member registrations and course enrolment
- Member logs into Member Profile to review accreditation and complete online course
- Member authenticates into etrainu via GameDay x etrainu Single Sign-on (SSO) allowing users to easily login and complete their training
- Once online course and training is completed in etrainu, course completion data is sent back to GameDay to update the accreditation and qualifications list
- Automated reminders from GameDay will alert the member to any upcoming accreditations that are due to expire
Mark Pititto, GameDay’s Director of Product says “We’re excited to bring this next phase of our integration with etrainu to market for our many shared customers and I’m looking forward to seeing more customers take advantage of these types of integrations with our key marketplace partners.”
Cameron O’Riordan, etrainu’s VP of Sales says ”This key integration has simplified the end-user experience for our mutual partners, benefiting the likes of the Rugby Football League and Basketball New Zealand. Instead of juggling multiple logins or navigating different systems, learners can use one set of credentials to access all the training and education they need. It’s a smoother, more connected experience that saves time, cuts down on admin, and lets people focus on what matters most: building their skills and progressing in their roles.”
This integration has recently been enabled for two of our key partners; Basketball New Zealand and the Rugby Football League in the United Kingdom. If any customers would like to enquire about this integration further, please contact your account manager or our customer success team via hello@mygameday.app.
