New Features:

User Management & Role Based Permissions

The new User Management section allows users to control who has access to an organisation’s database, and assign user roles to specific database users, which determines the level of access and permissions each user has within an organisation’s database – Learn More

As part of this update, the Contacts section is now used for storing key contact details within GameDay, and this area is unrelated to database access.

Navigation Menu updates

A number of updates have been made to the left-hand navigation menu:

• The menu itself will display as collapsed by default, with the items appearing when users hover over the menu icons
• The ‘Communications’ menu is now a standalone menu item. This was previously nested under the ‘Members’ and ‘Events’ menus
• ‘GameDay Marketplace’ has been added to the menu
• The ‘Products & Questions’ option has been removed from under the ‘Membership Form’ menu, with both now standalone menu options

Email Communication Updates

Two updates have been made to the Email Communications functionality:

• Users can now compose a custom message from scratch using the ‘Compose Message’ option in the email wizard, instead of being required to select an Email Template

• Users can now send email templates built using the HTML builder to members or event entrants. Previously, HTML templates could only be applied as a custom registration success message

Improvements:

• Major optimisation updates have been rolled out to improve platform performance and speed
• Updates to GameDay member accounts to only show members registered to the same sport hierarchy on registration forms
• Date formats in reports and exports are now standardised to DD/MM/YYYY format
• Other minor functionality changes

Resolved Issues:

• Issues exporting more than 10,000 member records have been fixed
• Issues with emails being sent to the members within applied filters have been fixed
• Error message shows when trying to access Renewal Campaigns has been fixed
• Issues creating events with Sub Events have been fixed
• Other minor bug fixes and small enhancements
