Field Locking on Parent Body Forms

This new update introduces field locking on the ‘Layout’ tab of Registration Forms that have been shared down a hierarchy from a higher level (I.e. Parent Body Forms) to ensure consistency in the order of fields if a form is being used by multiple hierarchy levels.

Organisations that are editing a Parent Body Form will be unable to remove or change the order of any fields that have been added to that form from a higher level.

Ability to export Settlement Payouts

Administrators can now export the details of an individual settlement payout as a CSV/excel file – Learn More

Improvements:

• Round 8 updates to the Victorian Get Active Kids Voucher Program voucher validation have been added, with valid vouchers now including the prefix ‘G8’ (new round goes live on 9 October)
• Minor UI updates to the ‘Settings’ tab when editing Registration Forms
• New player actions for Ice Hockey in At-Game Live Scoring
• Currency information added to transaction list within Passport
• Clubs who have the ability to edit a fixture start time can now also update fixture dates – Learn More
• Updated default background image on registration forms and payment screens

• Other minor functionality changes

Resolved Issues:

• A minor display issue when dragging and dropping fields on the Registration Form Layout has been fixed
• Other minor bug fixes and small enhancements
