Product Update: GameDay View 3.0

As part of our continued evolution of the GameDay View product, a new version of GameDay View has recently been released.

In 2023, GameDay View 2.0 provided users with significant updates to the underlying technology supporting our business intelligence and insights product.

In 2024, we are launching GameDay View 3.0, which promises to provide even more value to those customers utilising GameDay View to support their business operations, strategy and forward planning.

Our focus of GameDay View 3.0 has been around providing added value to the dashboard reports and key insights while enhancing the user experience. Some of the key updates are highlighted below:

    • Additional filters across various dashboards covering Member Type and Season in addition to Gender and Age Bracket
    • Improved KPI Summary Insights dashboard providing you an overall summary of key metrics
    • Enhanced Payment Insights and Registration Insights dashboards with additional filters
    • More detailed Membership Insights dashboard providing multi-filter breakdown of your data
    • Map-based geographic insights in the Registration Growth dashboard providing more granular details around growth trends by region and measures against year to date (YTD) and last year (LY)
    • Perfect for National and International Governing Bodies, the Membership Details dashboard presents your member data from the point of view of Association-level databases in your hierarchy allowing you to view data for each level without having to login to that level of the hierarchy
    • Furthermore, the Membership Details continues to provide further breakdowns by Demographic with additional filters in place to enhance to value of these membership insights

Below is an overview of some of the insight dashboards that come with GameDay View 3.0.

 

KPI Summary Dashboard

The KPI Insights dashboard gives you an overall summary of key metrics including total payments, total registrations, payments by season and registrations by season.

Registration Growth by Geographic Analysis

This dashboard allows you to interact with a live map showing your growth areas based on the number of registrations processed from specific locations, including total registrations, players v non-player member types, total registration growth year-to-date (YTD) along with registrations growth by area YTD vs last year (LY). Hovering over each plot circle provides you with additional information for that trend spot.

Demographic Trends in Membership Insights

The membership insights dashboard displays member demographic information covering some key data trends that are tailored towards key participation reporting to government agencies and can also be useful for regular board reports and annual reports. This dashboard covers total registrations, players versus non-player member type data, player age participation trends and breakdowns and a comparison using YTD versus LY for members by ethnicity.

How can I get access to GameDay View 3.0?

A new version of GameDay View has recently been released, with GameDay View 3.0 is currently only available for Passport Customers.

If your organisation is currently using GameDay View 2.0 contact your Account Manager or get in contact with our customer support team to upgrade to GameDay View 3.0.
