Programs

Perfect for managing centralised junior participation programs, school holiday or skills clinics, GameDay’s Programs functionality allows organisations to set-up Program Templates which define certain elements of a Program structure, its minimum and maximum number of sessions, age limits, registration questions, price range and earliest/latest start dates.

The Programs module providers Program Organisers/Providers with the ability to set up multiple registration groupings using the same registration form, allowing providers to separate the registration groups for each day or weekly time slot and collect important data and fees as part of the seamless program enrolment.

Accreditations

GameDay Accreditation management allows accreditation to be managed via Member Profiles, seamlessly integrated with GameDay Competition & Membership management. Accreditations can also be auto-assigned via 3rd party Learning Management System (LMS) providers or upon completion of certain courses once completion has been marked off.

Easily record start/expiry dates of accreditations, provider/instructor information, related course reference along with applicable documentation and notes. Automated reminder notifications can also be sent to members that have an upcoming expiry for an accreditation/qualification which takes the hard work out of your hands.

Streamlined reporting tools, accreditation lists and saved reports allows you to manage your members accreditations and communicate all within the same platform.
