Team Event Registrations – More Info | Help Docs
 
The ability to offer Team Event Registrations is now available for GameDay Events, including a number of other enhancements to GameDay Events & Ticketing –
  • Team Registrations: Ability to accept Team Registrations to an Event Entry Event via a Team Manager registration, including functionality to invite participants to register to a team
  • Team Portal: New Team Portal available via Event Landing Page allowing Team Managers to log in using Single Sign-on to manage participants, invite friends to join the team, and manage any bulk Team payments
  • Event Landing Page: New Design for all Event Landing Pages including Ticketing events
    • New left panel displaying all important Event Details
    • Additional control over Event Templates and colour customisation
    • Additional information about Event Organiser, display of Event Products and Event Information
    • Supports ability to upload a document for download from Event Landing Page
    • Choose to make Team & Participant registrations lists available for public display via Event Landing Page
    • Updates to handling of Event Landing Page URLs
  • Event Registration Forms: New design of Event & Membership registration form footers incorporating Organisation Details & Social Media links, with updates to the handling of Event Registration form URLs

New features:

QR Code Functionality: QR Codes can now be downloaded from within the GameDay admin portal for the below front-end page links:

In-Platform Help Guides (BETA): GameDay now includes self-service help guides (currently in BETA testing phase) which can be accessed for the following features under the My Organisation menu:

  • Organisation Details
  • Admins & Contacts
  • My Hierarchy
  • Seasons & Age Groups
  • Member Types
  • ID Management
These can be accessed by clicking the Help (BETA) button at the top of each page:

Functionality changes:

  • New icons for each module in the left-hand menu 
  • The user’s most recent tab is remembered when navigating away and coming back to a page
  • Users will be navigated to the last page viewed when logging in

  • Member List page will become the new (temporary) default home page for first-time login

  • Event Products can now be made conditional upon a membership product
  • A Maximum Product Count can now be added to Product Groups
  • Team Codes are now auto-generated
  • Seasons and Age Groups are now included in member reports
  • Other minor functionality changes

Resolved issues:

  • An issue where Age Group filters applied on a membership form included members without an assigned Age Group has been fixed
  • An issue where Event Landing Page URLs were not redirecting has been fixed
  • An error message encountered when manually marking a transaction as paid on a member record has been fixed
  • An issue where Event Landing Page dates appeared incorrectly for single-day events has been fixed
  • An issue where Documents were unable to be added to the Organisation Details section has been fixed
  • Other minor bug fixes and small enhancements
