GameDay recently hosted the latest Direction of Sport in the Digital Age event, supported by Vicsport.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, sessions were held online, with well over 100 people in attendance.

A number of industry experts joined us to discuss a range of topics over the course of the day, including:

Building revenue in your sport.

Attracting and retaining volunteers.

Initiatives and sport post-Covid-19.

New and exciting technology solutions.

We hope to continue the momentum generated by our Direction of Sport events, and will look to announce details of its latest instalment in due course.

Chris Guest, GameDay commercial director, said: “We were thrilled to once again host the Direction of Sport in the Digital Age, together with VicSport and Deakin University.

“Whilst it was a shame we couldn’t all be together in one room, we felt the day was a huge success with great numbers attending each session.

“I would like to thank all the presenters who took time out of their day to share their thoughts and experience of the sporting landscape during these unpreceded times.

“We look forward to next year and hope the event can be in person and not via Zoom!”
